Terms of Service

You may use Wuomy only in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and the commercial agreement or subscription plan associated with your account.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including user invitations, permissions, and the content you upload or process through the service.

You may not use Wuomy to violate the law, infringe rights, interfere with service integrity, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

• No reverse engineering except where law cannot restrict it
• No abusive scraping, malware, or denial-of-service activity
• No misuse of account credentials or impersonation

Paid plans are billed according to your order form or selected subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

We may change future pricing with notice before renewal or the next billing cycle where applicable.

We work to keep Wuomy available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis subject to maintenance, outages, and third-party dependencies.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in the governing commercial agreement or these terms.
